Odori is "dance" and gui(ku) is "eat." The term refers to act of eating live sea creatures. Not raw, but while they are still alive. The most famous odorigui is definitely shirouo no odorigui (eating live shirouo), which involves scooping live shirouo(ice gobies) into a small bowl, adding a littele soy sauce and then throwing the swimming fish into one's mouth.
