Literally "moon-viewing," tsukimi is Japan's seasonal pastime of fall when people admire the moon.

These are burgers with patties topped with fried eggs sandwiched between bun halves. It's the eggs that give the burgers the name, since eggs symbolize the moon.

Funny thing is, the burger's creators at the fast-food chain didn't decide to use eggs for the new product to link it to the moon.

They only choose eggs as an ingredient because, one, it's a popular food and, two, eggs are abundant in autumn.
