Rebechi is a simple abbreviation of the phrase reberu ga chigau, and it's usually used in the positive sense, such as "Shohei Otani is just rebechi."

In English, we'd say someone is "on another level" or, for more emphasis, "on a whole other level."

You might even say they're "in a league of their own," or "from another dimension."
