A lot of sports clubs have joshi (girl) managers. By "manager," we're not talking about managers like Alex Ferguson or Tony La Russa. No, a joshi manager is more like a caretaker or water boy.
It's a volunteer job, no pay, but many students still want to do it.
And in case you're wondering, these days there are boy managers too, albeit few of them.
